Got married to Sri BH Appaji Rao a Civil Engineer from Guindy College of Engineering Madras, Who has served South Central Railway as an Assistant Executive Engineer for more than four Decades, Spent her life as a successful housewife, gave birth to four children always supported her spouse in all walks of life. Given very good culture and education to her children motivating and teaching Enterpreneual skills.
Farooq has BE (Mech.Engg.) and MBA Qualifications & is an HR and Operations Professional with over 25 Years of experience in the medium and large Industries/Training and Skill Development Organizations and ISO Certification Companies. He is a Certified IRCA – London approved Lead Auditor (QMS, EMS & OHSMS), He has crafted a broad base of Operations Skills, Human Resources Skills as a generalist and As a Specialist Predominantly in Organizational Development/Operations Management mainly at SMIORE, JSW Steels, SAFCO (Saudi Arabian Fertilizer Company) (A Unit of SABIC), QS Cert etc., In India and Saudi Arabia. He is skilled in creating solid Human Practices with specialties in employee engagement, Recruitment, Change Management, Training and Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Talent Management while also imparting Management, Technical and ISO Training to the Employees / Participants. He is an Entrepreneur, Consultant and a Professional Speaker. Constructions” as a Site Engineer for the Initial Installation Project of Corex Plant at “JSW, Vijayanagar Works” & later Joined “JSW Steel Ltd.” as Senior Engineer & worked for 23 Years and Involved in Various Projects in Iron Making Zone, For his Hard work & Dedication Come onto Fast Track and JSW recognized him as Deputy Manager and This Position he was involved in the Complete Project of BF-2 Till Commissioning.
